Update Marathon: Sequoia National Park

The day after Sam & I's San Francisco adventure, we headed in the opposite direction to visit the Sequoia National Park!  Sam had visited a few weeks before and I was so happy he wanted to take me back!  Another amazing day!  Pictures simply cannot do justice to this incredible creation!  I've included lots of favorites from the day, this could have been a TRU Beauty photoshoot!

On the drive we passed miles and miles of farmland: clementines, lemons, oranges, cherries, pistachios, etc etc etc!  We passed lakes, mountains, and so many beautiful areas I wanted to stop and take pictures of it all!  We saw tons of cars turning into this area and had to just check it out.  So many families were coming to spend the day at this area and if we weren't so excited to get to the big trees, I could've stayed here to play all day!

But we drove on!  MADE IT!

Tunnel Rock!

The first Sequoia I saw had to be photographed!

My favorite pic!

"General Sherman"

 "The Twins"
Sam and I met the sweetest family and took turns taking pictures of each other at all the cool spots throughout the park!  Their HILARIOUS and precious son photobombed a few pictures :)

We pulled into a "picnic area" near a river and ended up spending a couple hours playing on the rocks. It was beautiful and pictures just can't quite capture how incredible it was.

We aren't really sure what "hospital rock" actually meant...

Another fun day with an awesome guy.
We could have stayed here and explored for days!  Highly recommend Sequoia National Park :)
